My teacher ever stated that "The effectiveness in teaching is the key to make the students understand the subject easily". so is in teaching English. There are 3 ways in reaching it. Such as: Playing games, listening, and practicing.

Playing games before they start to study really helps students in building their motivation and spirit to study. It offers fun and enjoyable learning ways. With playing games also can make the students happy to learn about English, so that students will be addicted to learn English more.

 Listening to the short dialogue, west movies, and west songs also help students to improve their listening skill rapidly. It makes students find some words that they never get before. In the other hand, students are able to know directly the dialect from the native speaker.

Practicing speaking improves their self-confidence. The students who always practice their speaking are easier to interact and braver to express their opinion with others. In addition, it makes their pronunciation better, so they can pronounce word by word well and more confident anywhere they speak. It also helps students to make their grammar systematic immediately, because the more they practice, the more systematic their grammar is.

            Thus, remember that there are three the most important ways, playing games, listening to the short dialog and practicing speaking, will be able to make English teaching more effective. Playing games helps the students to enjoy the subject and listening to the short dialogue makes the students find some new vocabularies which helps them to improve their speaking skill in English. While practicing speaking will bring the students to improving of their self-confidence and better pronunciation. With the effectiveness in teaching English, then the students will understand the subject easily.
