        Effective teachers possess specific qualities that help students achieve greater result. One of the reason is effective teachers know the best learning style for the students. So it’s clear if the students are comfortable and understand well with the lesson that the teacher explains in their learning process. In addition, effective teachers also have broader orientation in developing students potential, they are able to produce students who are strong and ready to face the challenges and changes that great also. And the last, they are able to interact with the students. The jaunty teachers who are patient and friendly always create a warm atmosphere in the classroom, so that most of students taught are able to get their point easily.

       It has been shown that attending college can aid students in having a better quality of life. That’s because campus is a suitable place to learn everything, from theory until practice. And we don’t need to be afraid to experiment with anything, in contrast with working where we are required to never make mistakes. On the other hand, attending college can also help you to have an extensive network and to build good relationship with others, which allow you to to get many job vacancies that make our life better, especially in the business world. And the most important, attending college also helps our insight and experience increased definitely, either  from the academic or non-academic side. Not only experienced in the campus, but also out of campus, all aspects of experiences we can get in attending college.
